Rita you need to rip the kale into chip size pieces (remove the stems)....Add just a bit of sunflower oil (1/2 teaspoon) and toss with the Kale until the kale is coated and looks shinny. Spread on sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle sea salt on them. Tastes just like popcorn........I would be surprised if you didn't like it. They are super crispy and light. I made 4 batches of Kale chips for a Haunter gathering this weekend and everybody loved it, even those who said they didn't like Kale or had never tried it before. The chips didn't last long as they where devoured the minute I got outside with them.
