The Veranda series grows wonderfully here in Kansas. Perfectly shaped, very healthy and 24" tall is exactly how I would describe mine too. I've actually bought 2 of the same because of the double names. Jackson Perkins had them as Flower Circus when I bought the first ones. (oops maybe it was Wayside or Park?)
They kind of look like a miniature Austin, or Romantica. Loads of petals, loads of blooms. My first one was Salmon Flower Circus, I think. The white one actually stays white even in heat and rain.
If I could find them at a good price, I wouldn't mind using them to line a walkway. They stay that nice and even.
