Actually I never planted this stuff in the fountain. The fountain was just sitting there as an ornament. Not even any soil in it. It just planted itself there, kind of like S.Angelina. I'm sure by now it just grows in its own detritus.
The Dragon's Blood is not quite that bright, that's just the camera or monitor showing it off. It is indeed in sun until around 5:00. Where I have it in shade it is more green.
