Only a few selections continue to bloom w/ much impact though a few others struggle on...Looks like there's only one plant yet to initiate any bloom, a chrysanthemum.
The New Eng Asters and Goldenrod need to have their seed heads removed to avert an overabundance next year.
I've moved all but a couple of my extensive bulbs in pots collection into the garage. They'll remain there till they're all groomed (foliage removed) then transferred to basement to overwinter dry in their respective pots.
Anyway, still blooming -
Balloon Flower -
Dahlis - HS Single Party `- blooming gonzo, the remaining bumble bee (especially) magnet...
White Heath Aster - (soon to have flowering buds removed as well)
Chrysanthemum rubellium -
Rudbeckia (self-seeded crosses) -
and, some annuals...especially self-seeded Flowering Tobacco -
Vines - a surprise here, a small red morning glory (self-seeded) -
