I guess a lot depends on how early you can move them out of the greenhouse. If I were to start either one of those here, they would be so leggy by the time I could move them outdoors as to be non-viable. Heh, ask me how I know this. Hilarious! However, the earliest I've ever been able to move plants out was mid-May and that has been only the last couple of years. So a lot depends on your expected last frost date. Pansies, though, now those would be good to start early because they're a little slow and also frost tolerant. I think. Rolling my eyes.
