And the other thing I do, if I have leftover juice after thawing one of those lemons, is I just put the juice into either one of those small, snack size zip-lock bags, or into one of those little plastic tubs that fast-food condiments sometimes come in. The little zip lock bags are cool, because if you store them flat, you can break off small chunks of frozen lemon juice if you just need a teaspoon or so.
