Since today won't be so hot, some of us gals are off to help a friend with her gardens. She and her hubby have huge perennial and veggie gardens, and he died very suddenly leaving her with a lot of work. She is one of these people who knows every plant and has zillions of them, but could never bear to dig anything up. Well, the seedlings and quack grass have taken over and the whole thing has become overwhelming to her, so we are hoping to at least get a good start on cleaning it up.
It is so nice to have a group of friends that look out for each other, and would do anything to help each other out. Gardeners make the best friends!!
