@parttimegardener Hello Michael - personally I would water them a little, they won't be growing but it should keep them looking better. It is normal for the outer leaves to dry out during summer, and in spring when the weather warms up again, their new growth covers this up - or you can pick the dried leaves off the plant, carefully - this will help your plants to look nicer.
