I posted these photos to the Mid Atlantic Forum, but thought I would share them here, too:
This is 'Bedont'
I never get tired of taking photos of 'Green Ice'
'Little Artist' is called a hand painted rose because it looks like an artist painted the tips of the rose petals red
'Misty Dawn' is a pretty rose, but I still haven't gotten a great photo
Last bloom on 'Perdita'
'Si' is the smallest rose in the world. The buds are as small as a grain of rice
Two photos of 'Tom Thumb'. This rose was one of only five minature roses available to Ralph Moore when he started breeding miniature roses. It was bred by DeVink and put in commerce in 1936
Just a few more because I can't resist ... the last blooms of the season ...
This is a test rose bred by Robert Rippetoe (Lyn Griffith x Chinatown)
'White Delight' ... an old HT
'Margo Koster' and old polyantha
'Rainforest'
'Irresistible'
'Pink Poodle'
'Ralph's Creeper'
I've got more photos, but my cat is yelling for attention.
Smiles,
Lyn
Edit ... sorry ... I mislabeled a rose
