I am so impressed by all of the gorgeous photos shared in the NGA Weekly Newsletter, that I've decided to use them as a source of inspiration in my weekly sketchbook.
I feel like this will be the perfect combination for two of my passions, surrounding myself with all things plants, and providing encouragement to work in my sketchbook more often.
I'll post finished pieces here, and while I work on a new drawing each week, it may take me more time to finish each piece. My own garden requires attention, too!
Most of my work is based in pen and ink, with some occasional watercolor. Anyone can follow my work on Instagram at Crafted_From_Scratch and every image from this project will be tagged with #thegardensketchbook.
