postmandug's blog: Adding to the patio

Have been thinking about doing this for a while now so yesterday I did it.  We have a covered patio that a friend and I built the roof over back in 2003.  It gets a LOT of use throughout the year for grilling and entertaining so I said it just needs a bar to complete it!  Cheryl had it in her head this year to redo the whole area with new paint and cushions in the seating area so I said I'll build that bar I've been wanting.  Started on it yesterday and should be done by the end of the coming weekend including the tile top.  Then we'll have a glass of wine to christen the new relaxing center.
