<p style="text-align: center;">So I will have to wait until after Mother's day as traditional wisdom says.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">I wonder if they will withdraw the drought designation.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Good moisture for the high country. Some of the lakes and steams will</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">begin to get back to normal.</p>
