A little disclaimer:
I'm not getting paid by none of these comments my experience with these products are my own
When I started learning about houseplants I made so many mistakes I even killed more plants than I would like to think about. I started using the wrong soil and over watered many. With the years and advice I got on so many plant communities even YouTube I learned what my plants needed and worked for me. The placement , weather and planting zone makes all the difference on the are you need to provide your plants . I have mostly succulents in my plant collection but I recently
Introduced a ficus and tropical plants . I use the same soil mixture for all of them I tweak it here and there depending on their ph level requirements but these are my go to products.
Hello everyone, I'm a new member who like everyone on here is passionate for houseplants, for me it all started with an aloe. My plant collection isn't large but I am proud to have the few I do and those that I've lost for they have given me the knowledge I have now .
Hope all enjoy my posts.
I've had these Jade plants for 3 years, they came as babies in a terrarium along with other succulents, yup a terrarium! I had no idea of their care or what they were but they slowly became my favorite plants. I have them by a sunny window they never been outdoors, I water them only when completely dry which it can be from 2 to 3 weeks. I have them in a cactus mix with some worm castings. I fertilize them with a tomato fertilizer a tip I got on YouTube from a lady that knows everything about cactus and succulents . (Desertofavalon)
These are my pride and joy
