If you are in the west valley, this is the place to go for native plants. They have a large selection of desert and citrus trees, shrubs, and cacti. The knowledge the staff has regarding the native plants and regarding how to plant and nurture them is vast.

This is a family-owned business that has helped me tremendously with the choice of landscape for my front yard. We have also purchased all our compost for the atrocious clay that we have encountered in this area. The number-one reason to turn to this business is the vast knowledge of the area and how the soil differs so much even within a mile of your property. We have to be careful with plants in our area because the deepest the water level ever goes, even in summer, is 6 feet. A lot of desert plants will not survive under these conditions, but with the guidance of this company's staff we have very nice landscape plants.

This is the tree we purchased from Jackrabbit Nursery: Palo Verde Sonoran Emerald. It is a beautiful anchor for our landscape. It has of course grown bigger, but I have not taken a new picture.
