The Green Pages: Bromeliad Paradise (E-Commerce Companies)

A few days ago I placed my first online order with Bromeliad Paradise and I was very pleased with the process and ease of ordering, as well as the speedy delivery and especially the large, healthy plants that were sent. The e-mail communication was great, with a copy of the invoice sent shortly after I placed my order and another e-mail with the tracking number sent as soon as the order shipped.

My order consisted of only two plants and although the website entry stated that the buyer would receive offsets 1/3 to 2/3 size of the parent plant, I expected plants much smaller than what I received; both plants are quite large and healthy. The packaging was excellent; plants are shipped bare root with each plant's roots wrapped in newspaper and secured with a band (label attached), and each plant then wrapped loosely in additional newspaper and secured with another band.

Thank You Bromeliad Paradise; I'm sure that I will be a repeat customer!
