The Green Pages: Brawley Garden Center (Local Garden Centers)

Brawley Garden is an awesome place with a great selection of all types of plants. They have unique items that you definitely don't see in the box stores. They have all kinds of herbs, vegetables, shade plants, bushes, flowers, and a fair collection of houseplants and cacti/succulents. I love to walk around in their greenhouse and see the few larger plants they have growing there for fun (not sure if they're for sale or not) and getting ideas. Their prices are good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a great selection of pots, which I love - I grow everything in containers because we're renting. Oh, and they sell both prepackaged and hand-weighed seeds! I highly recommend them if you're in the Mooresville/Lake Norman area.
