The Green Pages: Chamblee's Rose Nursery (E-Commerce Companies)

Ordered as part of a co-op about six own-root rose babies three years ago. All were healthy babies, and all are still alive today. I was able to order far more roses from them as part of a co-op than I would otherwise have been, and I'm glad I sprang for them.

I, for one, hope Chamblee's Nursery is around for a very long time. Good own-root roses are hard to come by. I've never had a problem with a rose I've received.

I just received my first order from Chamblee's Rose Nursery and couldn't be happier. My four miniature roses arrived in perfect condition and look very healthy. The well-packed plants were shipped in pots and even have a couple of flowers on them, giving me a preview of their future beauty. The customer service was excellent as well. I'll definitely be ordering roses from Chamblee's in the future.

Excellent selection of own-root roses. Their local garden center is huge and the prices are low.

This is an EXCELLENT rose purveyor. I have ordered from them more than five times and I have never been disappointed.

They only ship September thru April, because it then becomes too hot for the plants to arrive fresh and beautiful. The plants are shipped in pots to ensure the roots will not dry out. The company's policy is to root three cuttings in each pot, which fortunately usually results in three plants.

The customer service staff are very helpful with questions.

My only complaint is that they don't sell more cultivars per season. I wish I could obtain all my roses from them!
