It's not red, pink (or white like the evening glories I love to grow) it attracts hummingbirds & bees. It' evening glories I still love as a contrast to other versions of Ipomea. The evening glories attract sphincter moths which might be confused by a gardener with a hummingbird as it buzzes by your ear after dusk, when you know all the hummers have gone to their nests.
