This plant does not do well for me. I have grown it in 4 different beds in my butterfly garden, and have both grown it from seed as well as let it reseed, and the habit has been the same in all circumstances. It grows to 3-4 foot tall, flowers, and promptly dies by mid August. I will let it continue to self-seed (it does do much of it), but I will not encourage it.
