Three year old plants looking good were in a plot filled with "California Poppies" and hidden when when all of these were removed by the sheriffs crew at the sheriffs instruction. Ongoing problem of several years of special care and hundreds of dollars not to mention the time involved. These events also involved the removal of soil, mulch and amendments. All very costly and aggravating!
