Potted Purple based foliage This iris is an unregistered seedling hybridized by Dr. Walter Ryle (1896-1978) from Kirksville, MO. He registered a total of eight irises in 1948 and 1949. It was sent to me by Laetitia Munro who obtained it in 2023 from Dr. Ryle's grand-daughter. It may be a match to the "Fake" 'Mme. Henri Cayeux' that is being passed around. Needs further research.
