This is a hybrid between Hedera and Fatsia. After growing this plant for 22 years, it has bloomed but never set seeds. Here in Zone 6, it will get winter burn and tip burn but has never died all the way to the ground. The burnt tips can be cut back or the plant can be cut back to remove the winter damaged leaves. Or you can just trim off the leaves. In fall and early winter, the leaves have a nice bronzy green coloring. The spread has been very slow and manageable. Cuttings are easy. It does not climb. They have only been nibbled on once in all the time I grew them.

Lady Plymouth can revert to a solid grey/green leaf.

The first bloom was a disappointment and I regretted getting this plant. But then every bloom after that was just perfect and it became one of my favorites. Lots of blooms.
