Marguerite Daisy (Argyranthemum 'Butterfly') is a bright and prolific bloomer in the spring and early summer. It does well in full sun and rich, humusy soil. Native to the Canary Islands, it is hardy in zones 9-11. In my zone 7a garden, it rebloomed nicely with deadheading until midsummer. I enjoyed this plant for its bright yellow color and prolific blooms, but like many non-natives in my garden, it was not a draw with the pollinators.
