Sweet Meat is our favorite winter squash. My family loves it. I buy several in the fall and store them where it is cool and dry and they last quite well. Like many winter squash they are very hard and a challenge to cut. I wrap the pieces in plastic wrap and cook the individual pieces for several minutes in the Micro-wave until tender. A large one is hard to eat so I share with friends and neighbors. Love them with butter or sour cream.
