An open-pollinated 75-day cultivar. Large heads on a self-wrapping plant. Not suitable for spring planting under my conditions as the late spring and summer temperatures are too high. As a fall planting, it takes 120-130 days from transplant. It is therefore marginal as a fall planting. With warm winter, one gets nice heads in late December and early January IF temps do not drop into the upper teens during heading.
