Dutch Irises are small bulbs that look like onion sets. They look really great planted in large groups and blooming en masse. They bloom here later than the more common spring bulbs, such as daffodils and tulips.

I planted my Dutch Irises last year and got blooms. Winter came and the green leaves never died back so I never cut them. Summer is almost here and they are hanging in there, but I am wondering whether they will return and give me blooms. The very tip of the leaves is brown. Can I transplant them? Thanks.
