This is a striking cultivar of Salvia guaranitica (Hummingbird Sage). It's 3' tall with 1" blossoms, perennial in zones 9-10. Needs regular water, good drainage. May come true from seeds, but cuttings are a safer bet. There are many variants within S. guaranitica (all gorgeous).
