This is a cross between Cremnophila nutans and Sedum humifusum.
The hybridizers are Mr. and Mrs. Robert Grim of San Jose, California.

It needs sharp draining soil and will not survive frosts.
Needs bright light and ample airflow to stay healthy.
Water thoroughly when soil is dry to the touch.

Forms mats of tiny rosettes of fleshy pointed leaves. As a winter grower it requires direct sunlight to remain compact and develop the characteristic colors.

I have overwintered 'Little Gem' in my zone 8 Dallas, OR. It was kept on my covered deck, against the wall of the house, without watering it during freezing weather. If kept dry it can withstand freezing here.
