One of my favorites. 120-150 days to maturity. Cippolini (Italian for “little onions”) are sometimes considered a gourmet onion. Small size and flat shape, good for roasting. Ranging from 1-3” in diameter, bulbs have translucent, pale yellow flesh and thin, papery skins. Will store for up to a month if kept cool and dry.
