Paintedtrillium | On October 24, 2019 | Miscellaneous Event Fragrant Treasure has a scape in bloom for me in the Portland, Maine vicinity. This would be unusual in any autumn but particularly since it is in bloom in the third week of October, the plant has survived recent night temperatures as low as 34 degrees, and last week, survived 60 mph nor'easter winds that pummeled the state. |
