I am in zone 5b, NW KS.

I added this plant, at two fans in 2017.
2018, no real increase & no bloom.
2019, as of May, it now has 5 fans. Hopefully I will see some blooms.

I am wondering if others that have Fe,Fi,Foe,Fum, find it slow to increase? I am curious, as I have plants that multiply like crazy and others that are just slow and sit there, making me wait.
