    Man of Sorrows is my favorite of Karol Emmerich's lovely daylilies. What I love is that, while other daylily blooms might be splotched due to thrips damage, the blooms of Man of Sorrows are always perfect. Really, pictures do not do the bloom justice. You just have to see Man of Sorrows in person to truly see how beautiful it is.
