Lilies Of The Valley are an easy plant for sure, but this year I am putting fencing all across it because my dogs lay on them last year and, to my dismay, smashed them down. They are all along the back side, all across the foundation of my house, mostly in shade, and they are doing great. When I first moved here, I did not know what was growing there until they bloomed, and I was so pleased! They are such a pretty fill-in plant, and because they are so easy to care for, they are just great plants to have. So, my main suggestion is to keep the dogs off them!
