Performs relatively well here as a spring planting. It has a large dome-shaped head which is resistant to brown bead.

After reading Famerdill's comment, 'Castle Dome' looks like a good one for a beginner to grow. I'll have to look for this variety. I'm wondering how many plants to grow in a container and how large the container should be.

I grow organically and I'm getting excited about growing some Broccoli!
