A long season moschata (110-150 days). This is the longest season squash I have ever tried to grow, takes forever. Very vigorous vines that run halfway across the county (25 ft), easily covering a 50ft diameter circle (one plant) Very slow to set and only one squash per plant. Listed at 4- 8 lbs, going about 5 lbs for me. Long season, low yield, and space hog. Can't recommend it for my conditions. 9/24/07 With cooler weather, the vines are still growing vigorously and setting young squash like crazy. Would not set in hot weather, but now have 3-4 squash per vine after pulling the one mature squash from the early set.
