This is a very pleasant tasting basil, it is easy to grow from seed, and it has nice large leaves.
It is great fresh in a salad, on a sandwich, and made into pesto.
Basil is much better fresh than dried, so I freeze the fresh leaves and cut them while they're still frozen to add to dishes such as spaghetti sauce.
Very tender annual. One of the first to suffer frost.
