This plant is good for hanging pots and baskets. If grown in lower light, in the shade or indoors, this plant will have green leaves, with purple stems. If grown in higher light levels, both leaves and stems will be purplish red. Flowers are yellow, and daisy like. Flowers form on long stems that usually have two flower buds. It is important to acclimatize this plant, as this plant will easily get sunburned. Propagation is very easy, from cuttings. Cuttings can root within one week if the right conditions are present. Propagation from seed is also possible, but seeds yield much lower germination rates.
