The blooms are only about 4 inches across - Brilliant orange petals with a red eye zone and a bright yellow throat.

Sorry, I don't. With so many thousands of named daylilies, it would have to be pretty distinctive to have a good guess.

I know -- It is so frustrating cause I have a list of all I have purchased and nothing is matching up.... drives me nuts! Best just lable it NOID - Orange with Red Eye!

Some were given to me and some I purchased (lots of different places) - I went thru everything I had listed in my database -- and no matches.... may just have to wait a few more years to see what the blooms will look like when it gets more established -- I just plopped it in last year.
