A really good plant for me, although I could wish for such a large flower that the scapes would be taller. Not really an extra early bloomer for me, but it is early. Flowers open nicely, occasionally a little splotchy. Not enough to bother me though. Blooms well, although it has never reached bud count here. Few do. Multiplies fast.
