Looks like a Ghost Plant - Graptopetalum. As to what species I don't know. They are succulents and do best in very bright or dappled shade in my experience. You can break off the 'petals' and create new plants. Cuttings root really easily.

Well I am not sure this is a Graptopetalum because these do not really have flat rosettes?

The Genus Graptopetalum has bunches of species that come in all shapes and sizes .

Actually this does look like some of the pictures of Graptopetalums
but which one might be the trick.
But it also looks like some of the Graptosedums??
