Has anyone ever Grown this Hibiscus ? have you a picture a Lady shared seeds with me but i would like to Know about this one if it is hardy or tropical.

I am not aware of a hibiscus with that Clemo name but, can you not ask her if it is hardy or tropical? You can wait until the plant grow and assume it is tropical until you get some bloomage.
