Is the correct name for this plant Xanthosoma albo marginata?

I don't find a Xanthosoma species albo marginata but it definitely looks like a variegated form of Xanthosoma. Maybe 'Albo Marginata' is a cultivar name?

Yes, apparently there is a cultivar of Xanthosoma named 'Albo Marginata':
