Wonderful plant here!! But here's a word to the wise. I got both GRANDMA'S LITTLE SWEETHEART and GRANDPA'S LITTLE SWEETHEART, and naturally, since one is registered at 21" tall and the other at 22" tall, planted them side by side in my small and miniature beds. They were added in the fall of 2019, so 2020 was their first real bloom, and by this summer, they'd both made small clumps. I ended up moving this one to a different area this fall!! Why, you're asking? Because this summer, GRANDPA'S LITTLE SWEETHEART grew much taller than registered, scapes were 28-29" !! I have an irrigation system, and water well during bloom season, so I wondered if that was it. So I made a comment on FB this summer, and three different growers, all in different states, all who have grown it for a while, commented that it grows that tall for them too! So, now, it will be in a new small and miniature section , but is arranged by height where it will have room to grow. I don't consider that a fault, maybe the hybridizer had a drought the year it was registered, but it is information to know before planting. The blooms on both plants are quite close in bloom size, but this one definitely has taller, more strapping foliage and taller scapes, whereas Grandma's foliage is thinner and more diminutive in size. Both have great scapes and bud counts.

Note : this pic was taken in summer of 2021 before I moved it. The nameplate is for the plant beside it.

Great review, Julie. That info about the scape height is a perfect example of why these reviews are so helpful.
