Thank you everybody. This picture was taken in garden in August. I'll check all my images of this plant, maybe I have a picture of this plant with leaves. And I'll check Silphium perfoliatum and Ligularia. Thanks again.

Nick, there are two different types of ligularia. One has flowers like your picture, and one has more of a bottle rocket flower. They grow in wet places.

While there are ligularia that have a similar bloom, in my area, they are Spring bloomers.... And the leaves aren't the same as pictured.

As an August bloomer, in the South, I second the Silphium identification.
