Oh, phooey. I just noticed that I bought Osmocote Flower & Vegetable Plant Food instead of Osmocote®Plus Outdoor & Indoor Plant Food. The receipt I sent in with the rebate form just said "plant food," but it probably had a numerical code that would disqualify me. Oh, well. I needed some anyway, so I won't complain if I don't get the rebate. And next time I'll make sure to buy the correct product.

I had a problem printing out my mom's form and Cathy at Scott's customer service was very helpful. She gave me a case number to include with the receipt since the form wouldn't print. (I haven't sent it in yet so I can't promise you that it works.) They might not give you the credit on the wrong product, but they may allow you to buy the right product for the rebate if you call and explain the situation. Since the product ends up being free or nearly so, it might be worth your time.

Printed mines out today so there are some still available. I did not see where they say how many is left so cannot provide an update.

Now to go to Home depot tomorrow and hope I don't come back with more plants as it will defeat the purpose of saving me money.

Printed mine but all it printed was the page that says "thank you for participating in the rebate". I went back to the page I filled in and tried just printing that out. Unfortunately, the darn page it printed before used all of my ink! So, I guess I will be calling customer service! Thanks Danita for posting the phone number.

Dianne, hmmm, I thought the whole point of the rebate was to reallocate the saved funds into buying more plants. After all, you must have something to fertilize!

I received my refund in today's mail and I want to caution everyone to examine your junk mail carefully before you discard it. I almost threw this piece of mail away. It didn't come in an envelope. It's just the check with a removable stub for the mailing address. Because of the lack of an envelope, the check got a little bit mangled and tattered en route, but not enough to make it non-negotiable.

You can no longer print forms, but you still have until the end of the month to submit them if you printed the form and purchased the Osmocote last month.
