kkaymci55,
How did you slip in the room without me seeing you? I think a welcome is due, but then I could be wrong, I see you have posted a few things but I don't see anyone ever welcomed you! Welcome!
Sorry I have no pretty toothy or fringy daylilies blooming now, but maybe one day.

In case you did not receive any welcomes, or even if you did,
Welcome! Karen.

Nothing blooming here. It is too early, but I agree with you, love seeing those
toothy ones.

Betty, your post went in while I was writing mine. Those are all gorgeous,
and my favorite is Spinefeld.
Very cute play on words, "Okay, I'll bite." So funny.

Welcome! Karen! I don't have any blooming teeth right now either, but here is one from the ATP database that I admire:

@chalyse Tina, I found a page where Gayle Story's daylilies are posted
http://mydaylilies.com/compone...

Maybe someone there will know how to contact her. She sure has some beauties!

Hey, I think I'm going to love you guys and ladies! I used to hang out at Daves Garden but I find this is easier and Friendlier! I am being a bum right now. Had to have surgery on my knee. Guess I'll have to go back to work on 5/1. I work for Orkin Pest Control. been there 14 years. Not office, I'm the one that kills the bugs and rats. I have chickens, small and large, small Call ducks also. Have raised almost every kind of livestock. Now I'm fairly suburban. I do have a 16 X 20 foot greenhouse that is almost full of stuff started in flats and stuff planted up in bigger pots to go outside. I have a lot of daylilies, went nuts on Lilyauction about 3 years ago. Have several 6' shelves with shoplights in kichen and back bedroom to grow indoor plants, african violets and streptocarpus, haworthias, agaves.
I am so happy to be here with you. Karen Mcilroy

Tina, I owed you one! Hilarious!

Karen, we're a bunch of enabler's here, and I couldn't be happier about it! There really are some awesome people on this site, and I'm pretty sure that I wouldn't survive without it! Many of us used to be on Dave's Garden, but moved over here after this site was started by the same Dave. It's so much nicer and friendlier here now! I'm sure you will see lots of familiar names.

I don't have a horse, but my Dad has willed me his. Hilarious! Dad is going to live forever, so I just pretend that the horse is mine. His name is Navarre, and he is a Friesian.

@chalyse. Tina, you have probably already noticed that a few of Gayle Story's cultivars have no photos in ATP.

Ayup @Gleni, and thanks to @Natalie 's great tip I found Gayle Story's awesome site (Nature's Edge at http://www.picturetrail.com/na...) and promptly emailed her to see if she'd consider sharing some of those very photos with ATP ... luscious intros, and some very inspiring lineages on some of them.

I am considering selling your cats so I can pay for them all ... would a 30% cut or feline finder's placement fee be amenable to you? Whistling

My poor darling kitties, Tina!

Natalie. I am quite enjoying reading Gayle's writing about her goals, outcomes and hopes. The site is like a plate of tapas. Thumbs up

Welcome Karen! Hope your knee improves quickly, I just had artho surgery on mine yesterday, so I am off work for a couple of weeks. I too like the toothy ones, but may have lost some over the past frigid winter. But every day a few more start to poke their heads up, so I am crossing my fingers.

A lot of us came him from Dave's Garden. Most of us enable. All of us a friendly.

Also check out the Porch Swing thread, we discuss everything.... Don't be shy, hop right it!

Again, welcome ~ Jan

I bought some "toothy" seeds by popular toothy parents off LA.

Unfortunately, just about everything bad possible has happened to my seedlings. Sad
(It would have been smarter to buy the parents.)
Still have some Spinefeld and a few other toothy offspring going...fingers crossed.
