Dulwich Park - A Queens Park but Not a Royal Park (Part 2)

Dulwich Park is famous for its Rhododendrons and Azaleas in May, but there is a lot more to this wonderful place than that. Its wildfowl and wildlife abound; it is managed with the environment in mind, proving an area of outstanding beauty and historical interest can be a place for everyone as well!

Neil - I almost got homesick for England there for a minute. I always loved the blue Ceanothus, had a huge one in my front yard.

Thanks for the trip down memory lane....

Dear Neil, Love those Blue flowers at your Mom's place... is it a huge shrub? Looks so fantastic, I just want to Eat it, Ha!!
Enjoyed reading your 2nd article, and looking at all your amazing photos! I'm so glad you go touring, and then bring us your pictures with interesting information about all the plants, animals, and extras (like the carousel)! One of our malls here used to have a beautiful carousel, made in Italy or Spain?; anyway, it was a double-decker one, beautiful... and was in the main center of the mall--- all our kids had ridden it ... then the mall got sold to someone else and they took it out, & changed everything inside, but it made most people sad to lose the carousel.
Great job on your article , Neil! =)
