That's a crepe myrtle. It could be Crepe Myrtle (Lagerstroemia 'Zuni') but it's hard to say for sure.

Thanks Dave. I think you are correct. I'm embarrassed to see that I posted a couple of pictures in 2012 and didn't remember Confused I looked at pictures on google and that confirmed it.
