I noticed that on the AHS they are having a photo contest. I am still learning and trying to improve my camera skills. I thought it would be fun to see what you guys like best in your photo files. Hey, I know you have some great ones so please share!!

Nice images! With the majority of the leaves off the trees now it was really nice to see some color on here tonight. I'll have to go through my images tomorrow, I'm sure I have some to post.

I liked this picture but I am not sure about the name. I hate saying when I am not postive. How do you guys keep up with them? When you have dozens of pictures on your camera? I usually try to go down one bed and then another. I hate taking a shot of the name each time :(

I would not be surprized if GOD SAVE THE QUEEN wins the Stout someday.

B-27 (Ode To Faith X Spacecoast Starburst)
The bloom itself was near perfect, showed it's edge, color blends, no bud scars, bloom was facing the best direction for the lighting conditions with a good angle for showing the buds beneath.

Teresa, I don't know the ID of the dl with the lighter eye, but it sure is pretty. God Save the Queen is also very nice:)

I am one of those who does take a picture of the name before I take a picture of the bloom. When I go to name the picture, then I delete the picture with the name on it. I would never be able to keep track if I didn't do that. Even so, I still follow the same path as I traverse my garden just out of habit. Then if for some reason, I miss a picture of the name, I at least will know what was around it.

Love seeing everyone's beautiful photos! I was so busy trying to keep up with hybridizing, labeling, deadheading, weeding, etc. (plus working full time) that I didn't get as many pictures taken as usual this past summer (or at least not as many of the 'registered' daylilies :~)) But, I do have a few favorites to share. I usually like the photos with multiple flowers the best.

Ann, I added BLACK FALCON RITUAL this Fall and I am excited to see it bloom. I planted a TF.
