In southern California, we would call those 'ice plant', but there are many things called ice plant. They look like a Mesembryanthemum of some type. (I might have spelled that incorrectly).

Beautiful! I have an annual (in N.East USA), perennial in zones 9-11, planted in a container gardens that looks similar. Brachyscome Blue Zephyr, and Amythyst Brachycome. Love them both! Also looks similar to Osteospermum-they often have the blue eye. Maybe you have access to one of those? Thank you for posting your banners. They are always so lovely!
